How do I know where to have my CFMOTO product serviced?

Any of our authorized service dealers will service your CFMOTO machine. Check out our dealer locator to find the dealer nearest you.

How do I know when to have my CFMOTO product serviced?

Please see the maintenance section of your owner’s manual. The service intervals in the maintenance schedule are based on average riding conditions. Some items will need more frequent service if you ride in severe conditions or at full throttle. Consult your dealer for recommendations applicable to your individual needs and use.

Can I perform my own oil changes?

Yes, but we recommend you keep written records and copies of receipts showing all oil changes were completed.

Where can I get my owner’s manual?

When purchased new, all of our vehicles come with an owner’s manual. If you’ve misplaced or damaged your original owner’s manual, contact your CFMOTO dealer and they will be able to order you a replacement, or you can find digital versions of most of our owner’s manuals here.

Where can I get my service manual?

When purchased new, all of our vehicles come with an owner’s manual. If you would like additional information on servicing your vehicle, you can order a service manual through a CFMOTO dealer. Find your nearest dealer here.

How do I get my vehicle repaired while in warranty?

In order to obtain warranty coverage, the first step is to take your vehicle to an authorized CFMOTO dealer for diagnosis. Your dealer will determine if there is warranty coverage. Please see the Dealer Locator to find the dealer closest to you.

Can I have my own independent repair facility perform warranty repairs?

No. Only authorized CFMOTO dealers are allowed to perform warranty work on your CFMOTO product.

I have a technical question. Should I call the CFMOTO headquarters?

All questions technical and non-technical should be directed to your local CFMOTO dealer, who is the best resource for timely and accurate information about your product and is invested in maintaining your total satisfaction. If your dealer was not able to assist with your question, you can contact CFMOTO online at info@cfmotousa.com or call (888)-823-6686. Please note that CFMOTO Customer Service does not have provisions for technical support beyond what is provided in the Owner’s Manual.

CFMOTO is a global manufacturer based in Hangzhou, China with a 1.7 million square foot facility.

What is the CFMOTO Warranty?

All CFMOTO off road vehicles come with a limited one-year warranty, and all* CFMOTO motorcycles come with a limited two-year warranty (*Papio comes with a limited one-year warranty). Complete details can be found in your owner's manual or by downloading one on the CFMOTO website.

A 30-DAY WARRANTY coverage period applies to all new CFMOTO vehicles in relation to the vehicle’s:

  • Battery
  • Spark Plugs
  • Air Filters
  • Oil and Fuel Filters

A 90-DAY WARRANTY coverage period applies to all new CFMOTO vehicles in relation to the vehicle’s:

  • Drive Belt
  • Gear Shift, CVT, and Wet Clutch
  • Throttle and Brake Cables
  • Front/Rear Rims
  • Front/Rear Tires
  • Front/United Brake Pads or Shoes
  • Front/United Brake Discs or Drums
  • Wheel or Steering Stem Bearings and Seals
  • Rubber Parts/Engine Mounts/Grips/Boots
  • Brake or Clutch Levers
  • Floor Boards or Pegs
  • ATV Winch (if equipped)
  • Light Bulbs/Fuses
  • Body Plastics and Cosmetic Defects
